Starting from the gateway of Gorakhpur, the tour leads you across the border to the tranquil plains of Lumbini, the sacred birthplace of Lord Buddha, before ascending into the vibrant lakeside city of Pokhara. Day 1

Gorakhpur Pickup & Scenic Drive to Pokhara - Via Lumbini Sightseeing

Your journey begins with a warm pickup from Gorakhpur, followed by a comfortable drive towards Pokhara, one of Nepal’s most beautiful Himalayan destinations. The route takes you through the Sunauli–Bhairahawa border, where immigration and other necessary border formalities will be completed with assistance.

After entering Nepal, the landscape gradually changes from the plains into scenic countryside, with lush greenery, rivers, traditional villages, and terraced farmlands along the way. Continue your journey through picturesque highways and winding roads, enjoying beautiful views of the Nepalese countryside and Himalayan foothills. Short refreshment and meal stops will be provided at suitable tourist-friendly restaurants during the journey.

As you approach Pokhara, the surroundings become increasingly peaceful and scenic, with fresh mountain air and, weather permitting, beautiful glimpses of the Annapurna and Machhapuchhre ranges.

Upon arrival in Pokhara, check in to your hotel and relax after the long journey. If time permits, you may enjoy a leisurely walk around the vibrant Lakeside area near Phewa Lake, famous for its cafés, restaurants, shops, and pleasant evening atmosphere.

Day 2

Pokhara Sightseeing – City of Lakes & Mountains

After breakfast, begin your full-day sightseeing tour of Pokhara, one of Nepal’s most beautiful destinations, renowned for its serene lakes, fascinating caves, temples, waterfalls, and spectacular Himalayan surroundings. Start your day with a visit to Davis Falls, a unique waterfall where the water disappears into an underground tunnel, followed by Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave, a sacred cave featuring a revered shrine dedicated to Lord Shiva.

Continue to Bindhyabasini Temple, one of Pokhara’s important religious landmarks, known for its peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings. Later, visit the scenic Phewa Lake, where you can relax by the lakeside or enjoy an optional boat ride to the famous Tal Barahi Temple, situated on a small island in the middle of the lake.

Your sightseeing continues with a visit to the International Mountain Museum, offering fascinating insights into Himalayan culture, mountaineering expeditions, and the world’s highest peaks. In the evening, enjoy some free time at the vibrant Lakeside area before returning to the hotel.

Drive to Muktinath via Scenic Sightseeing – Overnight Stay in Marpha

The route follows the beautiful Kali Gandaki Valley, offering spectacular views of snow-capped mountains, deep gorges, rocky cliffs, waterfalls, and traditional Himalayan villages. En route, enjoy sightseeing and photography stops at some of the region’s scenic highlights, depending on road and weather conditions.

Continue towards Jomsom, the administrative centre of Mustang, known for its stunning mountain scenery and strong Himalayan culture. From Jomsom, proceed towards the picturesque village of Marpha, famous for its traditional stone-paved lanes, whitewashed houses, apple orchards, and beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Take some time to explore the charming village and experience its peaceful atmosphere.

In the evening, relax at your hotel in Marpha and enjoy a comfortable overnight stay, preparing for the next day’s Muktinath Darshan and Mustang sightseeing.

Day 5

Drive to Ghandruk – Scenic Himalayan Villages & Sightseeing

En route, enjoy sightseeing and photography stops at scenic locations such as Kande, Australian Camp viewpoint, Ghandruk Viewpoint, Modi Khola Valley, and traditional mountain villages, depending on road and weather conditions. The journey offers magnificent views of the Annapurna, Machhapuchhre (Fishtail), Hiunchuli, and surrounding Himalayan peaks on clear days.

As you gradually ascend towards Ghandruk, the landscape becomes more dramatic, with dense forests, stone-built houses, traditional village trails, and spectacular mountain panoramas. Upon arrival, check in to your accommodation and take some time to explore the charming village. You can enjoy a leisurely walk through the traditional Gurung settlement, interact with locals, and experience the peaceful Himalayan lifestyle.

Wake up early to witness a breathtaking sunrise from Ghandruk, with the first rays of sunlight illuminating the magnificent Himalayan peaks. On a clear day, enjoy spectacular views of Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, Machhapuchhre (Fishtail), and other surrounding mountains. After breakfast, check out from the hotel and begin your scenic drive towards Kathmandu.

En route, stop at the charming hill town of Bandipur, known for its traditional architecture, beautiful mountain views, and peaceful atmosphere. Take some time to explore the historic streets, enjoy the scenic surroundings, and capture memorable photographs.

Continue your journey towards Kurintar for a visit to the sacred Manakamana Temple. Enjoy a scenic cable car ride across lush hills and the Trishuli River valley to reach the temple, dedicated to Goddess Manakamana. After दर्शन and spending some peaceful time at the temple, return by cable car and continue your drive towards Kathmandu.

Upon arrival in Kathmandu, check in to your hotel and relax after a long and memorable day filled with Himalayan sunrise views, cultural sightseeing, spiritual experiences, and scenic mountain journeys.

Day 7

Full-Day Kathmandu Sightseeing – Temples, Stupas & Evening Aarti

After breakfast, begin your full-day sightseeing tour of Kathmandu, exploring the city’s most important Hindu and Buddhist temples, sacred sites, and cultural landmarks. Start with Pashupatinath Temple, one of the most revered Hindu temples dedicated to Lord Shiva, followed by a visit to the nearby Guhyeshwari Temple, an important Shakti Peeth and sacred pilgrimage site.

Continue to the magnificent Boudhanath Stupa, one of the largest Buddhist stupas in Nepal, where you can experience the peaceful spiritual atmosphere and explore the surrounding monasteries and prayer wheels. Proceed to Sleeping Vishnu (Budhanilkantha Temple), famous for its impressive stone statue of Lord Vishnu reclining on a bed of serpents.

Later, visit Swayambhunath Stupa, popularly known as the Monkey Temple, situated on a hilltop offering beautiful views of Kathmandu Valley. Continue to Shambhunath and ISKCON Temple, enjoying the spiritual and cultural diversity of Kathmandu.

In the evening, return to Pashupatinath Temple to witness the mesmerizing evening Aarti, featuring devotional chanting, lamps, music, and a deeply spiritual atmosphere along the banks of the Bagmati River.

After the Aarti, return to the hotel and relax.

Day 8

Kathmandu – Chandragiri Hills – Lumbini Sightseeing – Drive to Gorakhpur

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and begin your journey towards Gorakhpur, with sightseeing at Chandragiri Hills and Lumbini en route. Start with a visit to Chandragiri Hills, one of the most popular attractions near Kathmandu. Enjoy the scenic cable car ride to the hilltop, where you can admire panoramic views of Kathmandu Valley and, on clear days, spectacular Himalayan ranges.

After descending from Chandragiri Hills, continue your drive through the scenic Nepalese countryside towards Lumbini, the sacred birthplace of Lord Buddha. Visit important attractions including Maya Devi Temple, the sacred garden, Ashoka Pillar, and the surrounding monastic zone, subject to available time.

After completing the Lumbini sightseeing, continue towards the Sunauli–Bhairahawa border. Complete the necessary immigration and customs formalities before crossing into India. Proceed onwards to Gorakhpur through the scenic Terai region.
