Day 1

Arrival in Paro – Welcome to Bhutan

Upon your arrival at the international airport in Paro, you will be warmly welcomed by your Bhutanese guide and transferred to your hotel. The landing itself is an unforgettable experience as your flight descends through dramatic Himalayan mountain ranges and lush valleys. After check-in and some relaxation, begin your introduction to Bhutan with a visit to the magnificent Rinpung Dzong, also known as the “Fortress of the Heap of Jewels.” This historic fortress-monastery is one of Bhutan’s finest examples of traditional architecture and spiritual heritage. Thimphu City Tour

Thimphu to Punakha

Day 6

Punakha to Paro via Thimphu

Hike to Tiger’s Nest Monastery

According to legend, Guru Rinpoche flew to this location on the back of a tigress and meditated here in the 8th century.
